Pickup at Ortega y Gasset: free

Collect your order at Ortega y Gasset 55, 28006 Madrid (Salamanca). Your order will be ready to collect in 1 business day.

We will email you when your order is ready to collect. We are open every day from 07:30 to 19:00. When you collect it, show the confirmation email or give your order number.

We will hold your order for 7 days from the time we email you that it is ready to collect. If you do not collect it within that period, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Home delivery

• Delivery area: mainland Spain. For now we don't deliver to the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
• Cost: 4.90 € per order, VAT included.
• Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days from order confirmation.
• Carrier: GLS. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

The exact delivery cost is always shown before you pay.

Delivery problems

If the parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, write to us at soporte@tobecoffee.es with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We will sort it out at no cost to you.

If you are not at home and the order comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery or pickup at Ortega y Gasset 55.
