Refund policy

This is a translation of the Spanish original. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person you name, receive or collect the order.

Exception: opened bags

Coffee is a food. For health and hygiene reasons, bags that have been opened, or whose seal has been broken after delivery, cannot be returned (article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Closed, unopened bags in their original condition can be returned.

How to return an order

  1. Write to us at soporte@tobecoffee.es within the 14 days, with your order number. You can use the form below or any clear statement that you want to withdraw.
  2. Bring the unopened bags to our Ortega y Gasset 55 café (C. de José Ortega y Gasset, 55, 28006 Madrid), or send them to that same address, within 14 calendar days of telling us. Returns are only handled at that café.
  3. The cost of returning the goods is yours, unless the product is damaged or is not the one you ordered.

Refund

We will refund the amount you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving your decision. We will use the same payment method you used, unless we agree on another, and we will not charge you anything for the refund. We may wait until we receive the bags, or until you show us that you have sent them, before refunding.

Damaged or wrong products

If an order arrives damaged or faulty, or with a product you did not order, write to us with the order number and, if you can, a photo. We will send you the right product or refund you, at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights.

Only fill it in and send it to us if you want to withdraw from the contract.
